Lone Peak expedition hike

Well, myself, stevo, and a couple dudes from the ward checked out the trail that takes you up to lone peak. Its called bells canyon and it is a pretty fun hike. it is about a three hour hike round trip but we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the waterfall. granted we didnt go all the way (the top is still covered in snow) but we made quite a ways.

Conspiracy part 3

SO did any one see Tuesdays game, Lakers vs Spurs. With but a few seconds left spurs down two, brent barry pump fakes a three, Fisher bites on the fake, jumps, lands on barry, knocks barry down as he is shooting and no foul was called. A pretty obvious call any ref could make particularly when it is a game deciding call. The next day the NBA 's David Stern makes a public announcement about the call, saying that it was a poor no call. Thats it, that was his apology. NBA analysists defend the no call saying that the last two minutes of a game are reffed different then the rest of the game and they say that instead of apologizing the league should just make it clear that there is different officiating during different stretches of the game. Bullshit, how about different reffing for different teams and especially different players. do you think that if the rolls were reversed and Kobe was in barrys position it would have been a no call?

Conspiracy part 2

Well, Here is an article that articulates what i am saying much better, lol. This was written in 02' so it is a little dated but still applicable. Also here is a question for you, granted i predicted the knicks would get the #1 draft pick and they didnt, but how did the chicago bulls get the #1 pick when they had about a 1% chance of getting it?

Conspiracy!

So, we all know it, but the NBA is rigged. I hate conspiracy theories but this one goes way beyond a theory. NBA Basketball is a product, thus they want to maximize prophets minimize cost. One way to do that is having the larger cities with the larger fan base perform well be it through rigging drafts or paying off refs. Now I love the Jazz and am thus a puppet in David Sterns game. Lets look at recent history. Last offseason there was a ref who was caught rigging games. The FBI got a hold of him and he was going to blow the roof off the entire league, but as quickly as the story popped up, it was swept under the rug. Now lets look at the teams that are doing well this post season, most are huge markets. I was always puzzled over why it was that the Spurs received such preferential treatment, but i just recently found out San Antonio is the 7th largest city in US. Now Phoenix is the sixth largest, so why would it be rigged for the Spurs? Well, the best (by best i mean most popular) Product they can put on the court is last years champ VS LA. LA is going to go on to win to face boston in a throw back game making it probably the most watched NBA finals in history. Watch it will happen. So the Jazz will do the best they can as always in an unfair system, but will never receive the credit they deserve.

St. George!!!

Hello, so i just spent the weekend in St. George and it was fu-un. I went with Steve, Mac, Megan, Liz, Leslie, and William. We went Hiking saturday up a Volcano,

Then went to vegas for a gross buffet and checked out "Bodies" the exhibit.

it was quit an experience, it floods u with a lot of deep thoughts, lol.
Sunday was a big time parade of homes day so thus i spent time with some family, but that evening it was one wild and crazy evening, i saw two hot chicks doing the spider on a swing set

and some other craziness, like some fool sliding down a slide backwards not realizing what the landing would be like

So all in all good trip, thank you to those whomes houses we stayed in.
